Keum bo is an ancient Korean technique of adding gold foil to silver. You get the look of gold (because the foil is 24K gold) but not such a high price. I used fine silver which is 99 percent silver, added some free form foil and then ran them through a micro-fold brake which created the corrugation. The simple gold filled ear wires add another punch of gold. The patina differentiates the gold from the silver. The earrings hang 1 5/8 inch from the top of the wire and are 1/2 inch wide.
